Welfare facilities include toilets, washbasins, rest areas and drinking water.

 

You must be provided with enough information, instruction, supervision and training to do your job safely.

 

Your employer must ensure that you receive these rights.

 

Employers must assess the significant risks to your health and safety at work and arrange to protect you from them. In most cases this should be in writing
